Failure to deliver
This company failed to deliver yorkstone that was ordered on 14th February 2011. No confirmation of order was given even after payment was sent. On telephoning the proprietor Mr Frank Spencer he promised to refund the money. This never happened. A judgement was made against him and the company through the small claims court and he has ignored all claims. My advice to anyone is to consider very carefully before doing business with this company as you may end up like me out of pocket.
