  Brilliant service. I have been going to Eve Lingerie for some time now & am delighted with the service & products. I note the negative posting however my experience was totally different. My bra had some stitching come undone after a few weeks & I took it back. Not only did Janet replace the bra she let me keep the 'faulty' bra. The fault wasn't major but was unusual & I thought with the loose stitching it would develop holes but it never did. I hAve bought many products for myself and friends and have always been delighted. Plus it's not a rushed or embarrassing experience - quite the opposite. I highly recommend this as a first stop for bras. I also spoke to a customer who told me she had bought a bra elsewhere & felt it didn't fit properly, she went to Eve Lingerie & Janet checked the bra & said it was just the straps which weren't adjusted properly - she could have just agreed the bra wasn't right in order to make a sale but because of her honesty the lady is now a regular customer.

• Very Disapointed

  I am extremley disapointed with the customer service at Eve Lingerie i purchased a bra 4 weeks ago, I returned it to the shop today where thay can clearly see the fault, they can also see that the bra is brand new but because i do not have the receipt (although i offered to show the purchase on my bank statement) they refuse to believe that i purchased the bra from them, so I now feel like a liar and am left with the faulty bra, maybe I will stick to the larger companies in the future, at least

  im a small 8 with large breasts, i went into eve for a fitting, and they fitted me with the perfect bra for my size.. the underwear i looked at was beautiful and i bought a lovely set! i will definately be going back again for some more, lovely workers and lovely underwear, what more could you want!!

  AT LAST, a lingerie shop that caters for the larger lady with underwear that is beautiful and pretty not just your boring black or white. I recently visited the shop with my mum and were greeted with friendly staff who didnt pounce on you as soon as you stepped in (which is always a bonus) We were both fitted for the correct size and given a number of bras to try, they do not rush you with anything and there is no hard sell. Myself and my mum left with a number of underwear sets and were very pleased with our buys. Although you may pay a little more than your averrage "every day" bra it is worth every penny and we will definately be back .
