This estate agents is a complete waste of time. I contacted them regarding a property that they had for rent and they put me in touch with the landlord, which they shouldnt have done as they should have been sorting it for me as thats the whole point of an estate agent. I rang the landlord and arranged a viewing and when it came to the day i rang the landlord to confirm and he said the property had gone, which crown had only informed him of today. I rang crown and they said they property had gone and when i asked why no one had let me know all they could say was the landlord knew. I had taken time of work to view this properyty so was very angry. They claimed the landlord knew two days before and he should of told me, however it was two days before i had spoken to the landlord. After reading the review about ripping off students, i believe thier is something not quite right with them and i would never ring crown again nor recommend them to anyone.
