Very Poor Service and manner

This company are so rude and arrogant even when the mistake was theirs. After emails an Image a week before and then being told it would be ready on Thursday, i turned up to find none of the printing had been done and the man who was dealing with it wasnt even ther and was told to come back in a hour. when i returned he still was not there and when some else printed out the poster, he sed the image was blured so it hadnt even been checked by the company in the first place. then i had to return home to resend the image reset the resolution to a higher level and was assured by the other man in the shop that it would be a priority to them and would be done by morning. when i called the shop at 12 the next day the posters wer not done and you guest it ther hadnt even looked at the jpeg! disgraceful! ther was nothing wrong with the jpeg as another shop (Reprojuice) had no problem at all with the image and did the job the same day! Not to mention print4less was fully aware that the posters wer for a childrens community project!
