A touch of class
A nice recent edition to Accrington, The Calder has not been open that long but it looks like the type of classy bar that Accrington needs from the outside and once you go in the place has a nice relaxed atmosphere! The food is good and the service is efficient although the quiz night was a bit of a farce when we went to it! It started an hour late and then took 3 hours to complete! Thursday is a pound a pint on selected draught and gets busy which adds to the atmosphere! A good starting point for a night out or a nice place for a relaxing drink.
