  never received promised Home Pro guarantee, after numerous promises will not reply to emails,messages,texts,blocked us from facebook page when we tried to contact. put chimney back on roof in wrong place means boiler flue will not align,now means we have to pay someone else to fix boiler which is left in a dangerous state. so keen to keep up contact but once been paid no interest - dangerous state to leave a gas boiler in!

  never received promised Home Pro guarantee, after numerous promises now will not reply to emails / answerphone messages and text messages and has blocked us from their facebook business page when we tried to get in touch that way. put the chimney back on the roof in the wrong place meaning the boiler lue will not align, which now means wwe have to pay someone else to fix the boiler which they have left in a dangerous state. they are ever so keen to keep up the contact but once they have been paid they have no interest in you as the customer. stay well clear and use your money for someone you can trust to do the job properly and offer good after sales service, to have spent £4500 and then to be snubbed when merely asking for the guarantees that were promised, and to be cut off when we need a problem sorting just smacks of money grabbing and deciept.

  I was given Approved Roofing's contact details from an elderly friend of mine who had work done by them. I have to say I was extremely pleased with the service, value and and quality of work that was undertaken. It involved slating and some chimney stack work on my roof. I would recommend them highly and already have done so.
