    hard sell to install equipment you don't need, overcharge on a regular basis then refuse to refund direct debits. expensive lease, doesn't do what they promised, faults never resolved, bitterly regret ever using them.

    I totally agree with Dan Marino, Daisy are a bunch of liars, they tell you that they will do something and then totally deny it once the contract has been signed. They dont want to talk to you just send you letters about payment, their customer services are below average. i should never have left BT, but Daisy offered me lower call package!!!! It was the biggest mistake i had made, I am trying to terminate all my agreements at the moment including a phone system that have been mis-sold to me, it was suppose to keep my costing down on my mobiles and call diversion, but ended up costing me alot more because the person that came to see me said he hadnt agreed anything of the sort, WHAT A JOKE!!! there is no honour with this company or trust, stay well clear!!!

    If you want to ruin a business, Daisy can do it for you - just sign up and kiss your company goodbye! Erractic billing, erroneous record keeping, mis-selling and poor service will keep your business on its' knees. Not fit for purpose. Broadband fails constantly and they don't want to know, charge three times what they initially state, and you cannot use phone and internet at the same time. Cut me off WITHOUT WARNING whilst my account was IN CREDIT, and refused to accept they had made an error - then sent me bills of over £390 for the priviledge. Absolute Cowboy outfit. If you have had problems with daisy, please contact me regarding a group action. Check the reviews! Lots of customers with the same problems over and over again!! I am now with TALK TALK - £25/month with free calls, rather than Daisys' £47/month plus calls....when it works!

    Do not attempt ever to let Daisy communications have your business.In my case they could not provide the broadband service that they said they could. Worse, they still keep sending bills. It does not matter how many times you ring them,e-mail them or write to them to date I have not received a reply in 4 months.

    We outsource all our calls to Daisy, and over the last 3 years we have saved thousands of pounds based on BT rates. Always received an excellent service with very good account management
