  Agree with other comments. Customer Service is excellent and prices are good. But I think trade in prices have improved even more recently. A member of staff was telling me that they do a premium trade in range now where they offer £31 for recent titles - where Game are offering £17!!! Better still, I have actually got these prices on their website which beats their competitors hands down because no one else trades in games online. It's at www.gamexchange.co.uk. It's the same as the shop, you sign up as a member for free and they put the credit in your account, then you spend it. Simples!

• Could recommend to everyone!

  I just shopped here for the first time and I've got to say i may not shop else where again! I'e been a regular in GAME for years but I've got to say the customer service and trade-in values there have been dwindling. After getting quoted less than £20 for my games today, I popped into GameXchange just to see if they would offer more. They quoted me over £35! The game I wanted was 34.99 in GAME but just 32.99 here so I created a free account (and I remember being charged £3 for a GAME account ages ago when I joined) and had the rest stored as credit. As the sales assisant who was serving me was putting the disk inthe case she told me that there was a mark on it and told me she would repair it for me before I left and it was free under their warrenty. I remember buying pre-owned games from GAME and noticing them scratched when I got back home and the disk un-playable and the staff refusing to give me my money back 'because the sticker sealing the game has been removed' and charged me an extra £3 for it to be cleaned. Not only that but GameXchange gave me 7days to exchange my game for any reason. Realising there's a game store that trades for more, sells for less, unsures good quality goods and customer satisfaction makes me wonder how much i could have saved if i hadn't blindly shopped at GAME and tried shopping around other smaller franchises!

• Awesome Trade

  Not bad customer service at all. Very informative, and seem to know alot about their stuff. I also got almost double what gamestation and game were offering me for my old games. Will be going back for more.
