Not bad customer service at all. Very informative, and seem to know alot about their stuff. I also got almost double what gamestation and game were offering me for my old games. Will be going back for more.

OK so i went into this store in jan 2008, i believe they have one in Warrington as well, i had my kids with me my son aged 3 and my daughter aged 5 and was jsut looking around for some old Dreamcast stuff as my daughter likes her Dreamcast and ifigur hy get a PS3 or 360 when she is happy with that, when from behind the counter i heard a couple of the lads laughing and swearing quite vulger language, as such i will never go in again, the prices are more than Game or Gamestation and in those store you know you get family freindly enviroments. DO NOT SUPPORT BAD STORES!! GAMEXCHANGE in my opinion is run by gamers who know there stuff (SOMETIMES!!) and like to point that out it can be annoying when they tell you bogus stuff, like when i was once told the PS3 40GB will still play all PS2 games!! seriously! go where you know you will get good service and geniune info.
