lovely people

poppy was boarded with gary and virginia. They were both so welcoming and offered to show me the kennels. The kennels were well kept, tidy, clean and cozy. In response to Chris W I actually arrived half an hour late to pick up poppy due to a delay in flights. I called virginia and made her aware that I was running late. She assured me they would be around for me. You have to also understand open and close times are there for a reason. Gary and virginia also have their own lives to attend to.

brilliant kennels

I've taken my dog here for over 4 yrs had her at other places when they were booked up but she wasn't as happy as here-she loves it!.I got held up on way back from airport once,rang ahead & they waited for me. I feel like I'm leaving her with friends. Would recommend 100%

Amazingly Disgruntled

I state purely facts. They operate a very tight window of drop-off times & we had the misfortune to be late by a few minutes due to unforeseen circumstances. We were turned away on a wet & cold night when we were due to fly at 06:00 the following morning. This was despite the fact that the proprietor was on site. Wife in tears & Dog confused by going back home. Luckily managed to arrange at short notice for a family member to drop our dog off the next morning but amazed that we were finally charged for the full day that we had been refused entry. Would never use this facility again.
