• Cheerful and busy

  I have been to McDonald's in Blackburn several times. McDonalds in King William Street has a huge advantage of proximity to Town Center. The outlet is usually very busy and sometimes there can be long queues to order food.The restaurant is generally clean although sometimes you can see tables not been cleared. The restaurant is generally used by young people especially families with young children. The sandwiches are quite tasty and the ice cream if ordered is a large portion. Apart from fizzy drinks, healthy drinks and milk options are available for kids. Hot beverages like coffee and tea can be ordered as well.The staffs are usually young people. They are very helpful and endeavor to process the order quickly. I could notice dedicated cleaning staff while I was there.

  This McDonalds is located in the town centre, and it is always very busy. They have recently refurbished the inside and have made it much more convenient to eat. They offer a large variety of McDonald’s food and always have offers on for meals. As it is very busy it does take a long time to get served and it is sometimes difficult to find seating. The staff at Mcdonalds are friendly, they always have a smile on their face and will try to serve you as quickly as possible. Overall, the service provided by the staff is good and the location is brilliant.

  The McDonalds here is always busy and there is sure to be a queue, especially at lunchtimes. There is quite a lot of staff working here and they always try their best to get your order as soon as possible. However the arrangement of the queues is quite weird as most people tend to queue up at the first one and therefore always make sure to move along, to get served faster. Sometimes, especially at peak times it can be quite difficult to obtain a place to sit down at and therefore may be better to take it out and eat outside. Overall, the food is good, especially the delis and the ice cream and the service is quite good too.
