Spring has sprung

With the start of spring comes all new good and great produce. Formby asparagus, Burneys tomatoes, young Newton lamb with its particularly sweet taste and local estate shot wild venison. Halibut is in abundace and local spring cabbage adds crunch texture and freshness to all our dishes. I love Spring in Newtn but most of all I love to cook even more in the springtime

  The Sunday roasts here are delicious, the staff are so friendly, and the staff have a high level of customer service. The desserts were gorgeous too. Highly recommended.
