  • 2 Mistique Gasfire

    I purchased a Mistique gasfire from one of your retailers in Blackburn. I would not recommend this gas fire as it is extremely low on heat output, gas consumption is all its good for, the internal 6 AA batteries I have replaced every 2 weeks. I raised these issues with Sirocco and I was told they cant do anything about it, the gas fire is for aesthetics purposes not for heating a room and recommended different gas fire – that’s poor customer service in my eyes. The gas fire is not worth the money and I wouldn’t recommend it.
