• Made to feel ike a potential shoplifter

  My friend and daughter went to Rawtenstall for a day out. We first went to Suunday Best where we received excellent service and spent about £600 between us. We then went into Butterworth & Jones the assistants removed our purchases from Sunday Best and put them behind the desk "so they wouldn't be in the way" We felt like criminals I have been in first class boutiques all over the world and never beeen treated like this I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

• Im love this shop

  This shop is one of the best clothes shop in rossedale, the staff are always there to help you. Tey wouldnt let you buy something that doesnt look good on you unlike most hight street outlets.
