    I have had these guys at my door, demanding money for council tax and threatening to break in the next morning unless I pay up in full. I was even told (wrongly) that they could get the police to assist a forced entry (even though they had not been in my house). Shame on you, Rossendales - It seems you are just legal thugs (sometimes acting illegally), bending the law to your own means, and advanced costs. Why on EARTH charge borderline-poor folks SO much when you know they are in that situation? It's simply time your license was revoked.
