Axion are top in my book for service
I am sorry but I have to disagree with the first review. I have had dealings with Axion for over 5 years and always found the staff to be very helpful and willing to put themselves out to accommodate me. Even on a Saturday when I needed help they sorted out my problem and got my business back on track.

Total Disrespect For the End User
Having called their technical support guy, ""Andy"" on numerous occasions, I am still waiting for updates that were promised, and software that will actually work when I want it to and not when the program wants it. ""Andy"" never does return calls or follow up on his technical support role and one wonders if Axion aren't just another ""Take the money and run"" outfit. Myself, personally... Id choose a bigger more reputable firm than one operating out of an old saw mill in a countryside town. Maybe explains the backward operation of Axion. <P>
